There's a lot of minecraft inventory editor in tha internet,but this guy call Marglyph make a great ingame invedit.It is called TooManyItems(TMI in short)

Installation:
Open your minecraft folder(default:User/user/appdata/Roaming/.minecraft/)
Open tha freakin' bin file
Open minecraft.jar(You can easily open it with WinRar)
Drag everything from the thing you downloaded into minecraft.jar
Delete the META-INF
All done and set.I'll upload some image later.
